1. What Personal Data We Collect

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we only collect the following personal data:

- Email Address

Your data is collected solely for the purpose of sending you the quarterly newsletters with industry and clinical information regarding Venus Medtech products, educational events and associated services.

- Your personal data is stored securely on the servers of our email service provider, Mailerlite.

- We will retain your data for as long as you subscribe to the newsletter.

- If you unsubscribe, your email address will be deleted from our active mailing list within 1 day, or anonymized to prevent future mailings to that address.

5. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any third parties outside of our necessary data processor(s) (Mailerlite) which we use to send the newsletter. We have a contract with this processor to ensure your data is handled in compliance with GDPR.
